Morning represents a new beginning. It is a period when you are refreshed after the previous day’s activities. A time when you have fresh ideas. It is an occasion that offers you a fresh opportunity to start again or afresh.

You can encounter the morning of your life at any stage in your life, no matter your age. It might come early or late in your life. It does not really matter when it comes, because it is never too late to do the right thing and start a fresh inspiring page of your life.

However, the crux is in your ability to recognize when your morning arrives. Secondly, you also need to be ready to step up to the occasion and seize the opportunity to start a fresh page, and live the fulfilled and inspired life you truly ought to be living.

Feel The Need For A Change

A time comes in your life when you are no longer comfortable or satisfied with the current trend of your life. A time when no matter what you do or achieve, you still feel the nudge to do something more or different, or even step out of your present state of affairs into another line of activity.

The truth remains that you have to feel the need for this change from within for you to be able to make the move. Until you feel this need or nudge, you will most likely remain in the yesterday of your life.

Identify This Need

When you feel the need for a change in your life, then your morning has arrived. It is now on you to analyze this need. Ensure that it is a positive need, and identify the direction it will be taking you. It may come as an idea, a flash of thought, a lifelong dream long abandoned, or a desire. It could also be an activity you love doing, but not involved in at the time.

No matter the means through which it may come to you, it will always have the feature of persistently nagging at you. Even when you push it aside, it will not let up. It can actually build up over time inside you till it burns with a passion. This will make you want to achieve this dream. Secondly, this need will also have the characteristic of giving you inner peace and a source of fulfillment.

Step Up To The Occasion

Once you identify the particular idea or activity or direction you want to go, courageously step up to the occasion. It is only those who venture that have the experience of the adventure, and ultimately get rewarded.

Take the following simple steps:

*  Seize the opportunity

*  Carry out some research on this fresh line of activity.

*  Analyze your strengths and weaknesses.

*  Take stock of available resources (human, financial, time, material etc).

*  Most importantly, START within your capacity.

You should never be scared of little beginnings. Little drops of water fill the tank, no matter how large. It is always advantageous to look at your line of activity as a long term venture. DO NOT live for the NOW, rather WORK in the NOW, but LIVE for the FUTURE. Be persistent and consistent in whatever you are doing. Constantly update yourself so you can stay abreast of current trends and remain competitive and relevant. Remember that in the long run, you would have gathered a wealth of experience that can only add value to your life and humanity.

Take a breather and ask yourself: Has my morning arrived? Answer that question honestly and start the process that will give your life a meaning and make you live a fulfilled and inspired life.
